On Saturday night Kendra, Ashton, Janeen and I all sat down and mabe some goals to become more healthy and excercise. We also made some spiritual goals that even though we may already be doing these it was good to say them anyway. I wrote them down and put them up in my room as well as the bathroom for everyone to see frequently. I figured it'd be good to write them down here as well so that I have more people to be accountable to.
Eating Healthy:
1. Only eat out once a week
2. 5+ glasses of water a day
3. No extra sugar
4. Be calorie concious
5. Proportion control
Exercise:
1. 20 min. exercise video - 3x a week
2. Gym (bikes & ellipticals) - everyday 9:00 - 10:30
3. Gym (weights) - Saturday
And last but definatly not least...
Spiritual Goals:
1. Apt. Scripture study
- Saturday midnight
- Study Sunday School lesson
2. Apt. Prayer
- Write on our mirror things that we need help w/ & pray for eachother
3. Daily Scripture Study & prayer
- 20 mins/day
4. Preach My Gospel
- Sunday's 20 mins after church
5. Go to Devotional every week
6. Be more selective about what I watch & listen to
7. Write in Journal at least once a week

I know this comment might be a little late for this post but what the hey! I like your goals. Those spiritual goals with your roomies are awesome! I like them a lot actually. I want to do that with my husband! Haha.. I miss you mucho! Are you keeping up with these goals so far?? <333
Aw thanks! The goals have been doing pretty well. I got sick last week so not so well on the exercising/healthy eating goals yet but the Spiritual ones are doing great!
